SUPPLY
Using our many years of experience in the industry and by listening carefully to our clients, we work closely with selected manufacturers to offer a portfolio of fire alarm control panels, smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, bell warning devices, electronic sounders / beacons, interfaces, and wire free equipment. All equipment has a proven track record in the industry for quality, reliability, and value for money, allowing us to support your projects with ease.
Control panels from Advanced Electronics, EDA Electro Detectors, EMS Group, Haes Systems, Kentec Electronics, and Morley IAS, can be provided in a variety of custom and decorative finishes to suit your building, with recessed, flush mounted, and vandal resistant options. Detection and warning devices made by Apollo Fire, Firebeam, Fulleon Eaton, Hochiki Europe, KAC, Kidde Airsense, Klaxon Signals, and Xtralis, are among the wide range provided to suit any of your applications. Remote monitoring and keyholder calling can be added to your systems with Redcare PSTN and GSM signalling, or digital communicators and speech and text diallers.
INSTALL
Once you are ready to have your system installed, our team will arrange a time to complete the works that suits your deadlines, and arrange a programme based on the system specifications and drawings. By continually liaising with our clients and any other contractors through regular project meetings, any disruption to business or site activities is kept to a minimum.
All our engineers are trained in all aspects of site health and safety and asbestos awareness, and qualified in the use of scaffold towers and mobile platforms, so your project is in safe hands with us. Whether we are installing Prysmian / Pirelli FP 200 and Gold cabling or a wireless radio system, or using SWA / MICC / mineral (pyro) fire proof cabling, we will complete the job with the expert care and attention a life safety system deserves. To that end we offer a free parts and defective workmanship warranty for twelve months with every one of our installations.
COMMISSION
New systems need to be commissioned by an accredited company to verify that they have been appropriately installed, programmed to the specification, and thoroughly tested to comply with industry standards. Without this happening, the system may not provide the level of life and property protection it must, and may not be accepted by the relevant authority and insurers. Our programming, testing, commissioning, and certification services are included with all our installations so there are no hidden extras or surprise costs. For systems installed by others such as electrical contractors, we can offer commissioning only services to certify the work meets the required standards. After commissioning all of our installations come with a comprehensive operation and maintenance manual, containing your user guides and logbook plus system download details, diagrammatic zone charts, and as fitted record drawings.
