SURVEY
We provide a fast and friendly response to all enquiries, and offer a survey service to establish your exact needs. It is very important that we examine your requirements thoroughly, before offering advice and recommending the best solution. Someone from our team will arrange an appointment and meet with you to discuss your budget, survey the premises thoroughly and give you expert advice. Once we are fully aware of your situation, we can specify a customised fire detection and alarm system and present our solution along with a written explanation and an estimation to undertake the work for your consideration.
DESIGN
Whether to protect a property or to protect life with our fully qualified and accredited designers, if you need a system to meet a specification or system category or grade – L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, P1, P2, LD1, LD2, LD3, or M – we can provide you with a cost-effective solution. Our in-house team can provide you with CAD drawing packages and design-only services if needed. As an independent company, we would only offer open protocol systems and would not design in manufacturers that tie you into limited service providers and expensive replacement parts. Specifying industry proven equipment with full warranties from UK manufacturers, a design by us will provide you with the reliability you need in a property protecting and life safety system.
COMPLIANCE
In the United Kingdom, fire safety was covered by about seventy pieces of fire safety legislation, the principal ones being the Fire Precautions Act 1961 and the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997/1999. In 2001 it was therefore decided the legislation needed to be to simplified. This was achieved with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in England and Wales. Our many years of experience and expert knowledge will help you meet the requirements placed upon you, as the responsible person for fire safety within your premises, by this legislation.
Our company is accredited to design, install, commission, and service fire systems, and audited by third parties including BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) and the BSI (British Standards Institution) to ensure all aspects of our work and all our systems meets the high standards you need. The fire systems we provide are in accordance with the latest revisions of the British Standards for fire detection and fire alarm systems for buildings – BS5839 Part 1: Code of practice for design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems in non-domestic premises & Part 6: Code of practice for the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm systems in domestic premises. The codes of practice we work to include BS5266, BS5306, BS6266, BS7273, BS7671, and BS EN 15004 among others.
